Why We Built This Site
Kentucky gives the public access to many court records, but Pendleton County record routing is not all in one office. The Circuit Court Clerk handles Circuit, Family, District, and Business Court files. The County Clerk handles marriage licenses, recorded instruments, liens, notary bonds, and county-clerk open-records requests. The Sheriff is the local law-enforcement contact, while adult custody information often runs through Bourbon County Regional Jail because Pendleton County does not operate a detention facility. Pulling those routes into one county-focused reference helps visitors avoid starting with the wrong counter.
What You Will Find Here
- Records pages by type: court records, criminal court records, arrest records and charges, inmate records, warrant records, traffic records, marriage and divorce, and probate records
- Office contacts: direct information for the Pendleton County Circuit Court Clerk, County Clerk, Sheriff, Judicial Center, and Bourbon County Regional Jail
- Search walkthroughs: plain-language notes for KYeCourts, Kentucky dockets, ePay, Kentucky driver history, KOOL, VINELink, and CHFS vital-record channels
- Public records help: where requests go, which records are restricted, and which Kentucky statutes control access, copies, juvenile confidentiality, and expungement
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Kentucky court, clerk's office, sheriff's office, jail, or state agency. There are real limits to what this site can do:
- We cannot file paperwork or send records requests on your behalf
- We cannot issue certified copies of court, marriage, divorce, probate, or driver records
- We cannot give legal advice or explain what a case result means for a specific person
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, address, or public portal status is current at the moment you use it
Only the issuing court, clerk, jail, or state agency can provide an official record or certified copy.
Search Partners
Some pages include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing, terms, and data practices. When a search tool leads to a paid signup, this site may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps support the free county reference material, but it does not change the official record paths described for Pendleton County and Kentucky agencies.
